Lesson Pricing & Duration

  • Lesson prices do not include lift passes, rental equipment, or lunch unless otherwise stated.

  • Private lesson prices include up to 3 participants per lesson.

  • A Full Day Private Lesson consists of 6 continuous hours of on-snow instruction. A minimum 45-minute lunch break must be taken during the day at a time of the guest's choice.

  • A Half Day Private Lesson consists of 3 continuous hours of on-snow instruction.

  • Lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the guest's late arrival, regardless of the reason.9

Ski Resort Regulations

  • Niseko Village
    We do not provide ski or snowboard lessons at Niseko Village Ski Resort. Shuttle service is not available from the following properties: Hilton Niseko Village, Green Leaf Niseko Village, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Hinode Hills, and Kasara Niseko Village.

  • Hanazono
    For guests who are booking a lesson with us for the first time and are staying at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono or Nikko Style Niseko Hanazono, we are generally unable to provide lessons at Hanazono due to resort regulations.

For returning guests who have previously booked lessons with us and wish to request the same instructor, we may submit a request to Hanazono Resort for approval, provided that the request is made at least 5 days in advance. Approval is subject to Hanazono Resort’s discretion.

Guests staying at other properties are not permitted to meet their instructor directly at Hanazono Resort. Please contact us in advance to arrange the appropriate meeting point.

  • Rusutsu
    Our school is an officially registered with Rusutsu Resort. However, under Rusutsu Resort regulations, independent ski schools are not permitted to provide lessons to guests staying at The Westin Rusutsu Resort or Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention. Guests staying at these properties are required to use the ski school operated directly by the respective hotel/resort. 

Weather & Mountain Closure

  • Lessons may be cancelled due to weather or other conditions that prevent the lesson from safely taking place.

  • Only official resort staff can declare the mountain closed.

  • If the mountain is officially closed and the lesson cannot proceed, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Booking & Payment

  • The full payment must be made by the payment due date stated on the invoice.

  • A booking will only be confirmed once full payment has been received by The Baddies XX.

  • If full payment is not received by the stated due date, The Baddies XX reserves the right to release the instructor and service availability without prior notice.

  • Once the availability has been released, the booking is no longer guaranteed and will be subject to availability if the guest wishes to proceed.

  • All bank charges associated with payment by bank transfer are payable by the customer.

  • Payment of the full amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any subsequently issued credit note.

Changes to Confirmed Lessons

  • Changes to the lesson date, time, or format, including switching between ski and snowboard lessons, will not be accepted after the lesson has been confirmed.

  • Any requested change that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking will be required, subject to availability.

  • All services are subject to availability.

  • For bookings covering multiple lesson days, the instructor may be different on each day.

Cancellation & Credit Notes

  • Cancellation within 90 days of the lesson date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee.

  • In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will normally be issued as a credit note rather than a cash refund.

  • The Baddies XX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a cancellation qualifies for a refund instead of a credit note.

  • Where a refund is approved, a 3.75% deduction will be applied to cover non-refundable payment processing fees, together with a JPY 10,000 administration fee.

  • Any bank charges or other costs associated with processing a refund are payable by the customer.

Cancellation Due to Injury

  • In the event of cancellation due to injury, the cancellation will normally be issued as a credit note.

  • The Baddies XX reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve a refund instead of a credit note.

  • To request consideration for an injury-related cancellation, the guest must provide a valid medical certificate issued by a local medical centre within 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the lesson.

  • The medical certificate must confirm that the guest is medically unfit to participate in snow sports activities.

  • If a refund is approved, a 3.75% deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees and a JPY 10,000 administration fee will apply.

Credit Notes

  • Credit notes are valid until the end of the relevant winter season in which they are issued, unless otherwise stated by The Baddies XX.

  • Credit notes may only be used toward services provided by The Baddies XX.

  • Credit notes are not redeemable for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be transferred to guest services bookings.

  • If the value of a new booking exceeds the value of the credit note, the guest must pay the difference.

  • If the value of a new booking is less than the value of the credit note, no refund will be provided for the remaining balance, and the unused amount will be forfeited.

  • Any new booking made using a credit note will be subject to the Terms & Conditions applicable to that new booking.

  • Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded unless The Baddies XX approves an exception at its discretion.

Rescheduling & Postponement

  • The Baddies XX may offer to reschedule or postpone a lesson instead of cancellation, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling or postponement is not guaranteed and is subject to instructor and service availability.

  • Any difference in price resulting from a new booking date or service must be paid by the guest.

Booking Name Transfers

  • Confirmed bookings may be transferred to a new guest name, subject to approval by The Baddies XX.

  • A JPY 10,000 administration fee will apply to an approved booking-name transfer.

Additional Services

  • Additional services, including activities and restaurant bookings, are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.

  • Any applicable cancellation fees, administration fees, bank charges, or other non-refundable costs are payable by the customer.

  • Where a refund is available and approved, a 3.75% deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees and a JPY 10,000 administration fee will apply, unless otherwise stated.

Safety

  • For safety reasons, the school recommends that all participants wear helmets and wrist guards, particularly children.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in snow sports activities.

Travel Insurance & Liability

  • All participants must have their own travel insurance covering snow sports activities.

  • The Baddies XX, its instructors, and the school providing the lessons shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, or damage to personal belongings or equipment occurring before, during, or after the lesson, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or health concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the lesson.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  1. The Baddies XX reserves the right to amend, update, add, or remove any of the Terms & Conditions or policies contained in this document.

  2. Any updated Terms & Conditions will apply to new bookings made after the updated terms take effect.
