All participants must have their own travel insurance. The Baddies XX will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after any service has taken place.

Above price does not include Lift Pass, Rental equipment and Lunch.

Private lesson prices include up to 3 people per lesson.

Full Day Private Lessons are for 6 continuous hours on snow and must take a minimum of 45 minutes lunch break during the day at a time of your choice.

Half Day Private Lessons are for 3 continuous hours on snow.

The lessons may be cancelled due to weather conditions. You will not be charged a cancellation fee in this case. Only official Resort staff can declare the mountain closed.

The Baddies XX reserves the right to extend or reduce a booking at will. Once an inquiry has been made, The Baddies XX will provide the guest or agent a link to an online payment form to complete the payment. If payment is not received within the advised period, The Baddies XX reserves the right to release or cancel the booking.

Cancellation within 90 days will incur a cancellation fee of 100% fee. Any bank fee or associated cost in providing cancellation refunds are at the full cost and responsibility of the guest. Cancellations due to injuries will receive a full refund minus JPY10,000 for administration fees. Note: to receive a refund you must provide a valid medical certificate confirming you are unfit to participate in any snow sports activity from a local medical centre within 24 hours prior to the commencement of the lesson or tour.

If you have any medical conditions or any other health concerns, please inform us when applying for lessons.

If you've reserved lessons over multiple days, please be aware that the instructors may be different for each day. Thank you for your understanding.

For safety, our school recommends all guests wearing helmets, wrist guards and protective gear.

All bank charges for payment via bank transfer are payable by the customer.

All activities and restaurants cancellation fee are payable by the customer.

Lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of the guest for any reason.

The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the terms and conditions, or policies contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

Our instructors nor the school providing the lessons shall be held liable for any lost or stolen equipment, accident, injury or injury resulting in death that occurs before, during or after the lesson.

Changes to lesson date/time/format (including switching between ski and snowboard lessons) would not be accepted after lesson is confirmed. Any such changes would be deemed as cancellation and a new booking would be required.

 All service offerings are subject to availability.

If you or other members of the group are not able to join the lessons due to covid-19 or unable to travel into Japan at any point before 1st November 2022 is prevented due to a border closure, with official documentation (e.g. airline letter) providing evidence as such :

·       Cancellation requests can receive a credit note for the full payment made for the lessons being cancelled

·       Or we will offer re-schedule or postponement subject to availability.

·       You can only use the credits note on The Baddies XX services.

·       For additional services, we can do re-fund minus 10% of administration fee.

·       The deposit payment denotes acceptance from the Guest on these terms and conditions and acceptance of any subsequently issued credit note.

·       The credit note will be valid prior to 31 March 2024.

·       New bookings made with the credit note can only be refunded with a credit note, 

·       Credit is not redeemable as cash, nor against guest services bookings and may not be sold.

·       Where the value of the new booking exceeds the value of the credit guests must pay the difference.

·       Where the value of the new booking is less than the value of the credit note, no further refund will be given, and that value is lost.

·       Bookings may be transferred to a new booking name for an administration fee of JPY10,000.
